Hydraulic vibratory pile drivers are widely used in construction of mines, bridges, tunnels, highways, railways, and water conservancy power stations. Its working principle: Built-in two eccentric shafts, driven by a hydraulic motor, produce high-speed rotation and vertical excitation force. After damping the rubber block to maintain a certain amplitude, it can meet various types of soil and piling requirements. The commissioning of the hydraulic system is critical to the normal operation of the pile driver. The HPM4030 and DHM401 testers are used as examples to illustrate the method and data analysis of the hydraulic system of the pile driver.
Test takeover
Prepare a set of HPM4030 and DHM401 testers, a laptop, and three pressure taps before starting the test. Then follow these steps to install and test:
1) Connect the wire, sensor and HPM4030 tester;
2) Connect the DHM401 tester in series to the oil return line;
3) Connect the 0-600bar sensor to the motor inlet pressure test connector, 0-60bar sensor to the motor return port pressure test connector or 0-60bar sensor to the motor drain port according to the figure 3 connection method. Connector;
4) Open HPM4030 tester, open HPMComm software on the notebook, set parameters such as pressure and temperature;
5) Start the DHM401 tester and set the test parameters;
6) Start the device, let the device run for a period of time, measure the data multiple times, and save the recorded data to a computer.
We measured the M125 motor flow, inlet pressure, return pressure, and drain pressure. The test data is shown in the following image and curve:

Below we analyze the measured data:
1) from Fig. two, we can see that the maximum flow rate of M125 motor is 377.9L/min, and the maximum speed of motor is 3023r/min, which satisfies the maximum 3400r/min requirement of motor.
2) figure three is tested under the condition of the motor equipped with the valve block, and the relief valve pressure of the valve block is not set to the maximum at this time. It can be seen from the curve that the normal working pressure of motor is in.
124bar, but when the motor starts, the motor still has a high pressure impact (320bar). Due to the low pressure setting of overflow valve and overflow to the oil return pipeline, the oil return pressure is relatively high (55bar). When stopping the vibration, it can be judged from the diagram that the negative pressure of the motor inlet can be judged, because the oil return line can not replenish enough oil, and the valve block check valve diameter is too small.
3) figure four is also tested under the condition of the motor equipped with the valve block, when the relief pressure of the valve block is set to the maximum. It can be seen from the curve that the normal working pressure of the motor is 250ar, but when the motor starts, the motor still has a high pressure impact (350bar). The average oil pressure is 1.1bar, and the motor shell pressure is normal. Similarly, when the brake is stopped, there is a negative pressure on the inlet of the motor, because the oil return line can not replenish enough oil, and the valve block check valve diameter is too small.
From the above test of pile driving machine, we can see that the HPM4030 and DHM401 tester is not only simple in operation, but also accurate in measurement and high in accuracy. Through the analysis of the test data, we can easily find and solve the problems in the hydraulic system, so HPM4030 and DHM401 tester is a necessary test tool for hydraulic engineers.
