The hydraulic technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has carried out "hydraulic technology training work" under the guidance of Shi Jinglin, the technical director for many years. On 5-6 day of March 2018, the beginning of the new Spring Festival after the new spring festival, Kun carried out the first phase of the hydraulic system and the imported hydraulic pressure component technical training meeting in the spring city of Ji'nan.
Before the training was changed, the course was broad and the class hours were long. The training contents were streamlined and compressed into 2 working days. First days of training, the general introduction of the history of hydraulic development and the current situation of hydraulic engineering, Zhang Gaoling explained the basic knowledge of hydraulic training, and then Shi Jinglin explained the main content of the training, namely, hydraulic system and imported hydraulic components technology. After second days of training, Shi Jinglin made a detailed introduction to the test technology and the content of WEBTEC's products in the afternoon. Each student made an introduction to his own industry, and put forward his own problems with other students and lecturers, and the atmosphere was warm.

This training has been officially launched in late January 2018. Although the Spring Festival is coming, it does not affect the students' urgent mood to sign up for training. By the end of the Spring Festival in February 14, 2018, more than 10 students have successfully signed up. In the end, there are more than 20 students attending the training. In addition to the province of East China, there are some from Shenzhen and Chongqing in Guangdong, some are responsible for enterprises, some are the backbone of the company's technology.
